Finalists chosen for associate VP for academic programs and policy

Four finalists have been identified to fill the University of Hawaii associate vice president for academic programs and policy (AVPAPP) position that reports directly to the vice president for academic strategy and provides leadership for academic planning and policy development; articulation and transfer between Uh campuses; inter-campus academic program collaboration; and directs and coordinates other academic initiatives that impact campuses across the Uh System.

Following the virtual campus visits and feedback from the AVPAPP search committee Uh community and governance groups, Halbert will be making a recommendation on this appointment to Uh President David Lassner.
