Pathan enters 200-cr club
The release of his latest movie Pathan has proven how his magic lives on. Pathan openly embraces Shah Rukh Khan’s phenomenon, and it’s difficult to tell who has more zeal—the film or the many SRK followers around the world. The movie is running in theaters worldwide and the fans can’t keep calm.
Despite SRK’s caution to tighten their seatbelts, fans have rarely stayed in their seats; there are videos and photographs of fans sleeping outside theaters to catch the first day-first performance, dancing with Pathaan and Rubai (played by Deepika Padukone), and thanking SRK as he gives a salute on-screen.

In short, fans have fully participated in the film’s pace, rather than simply watching the spectacle unfold. Although this is frequent in India with such “massive” films starring the Khans, Kapoors, and other celebrities, it is less prevalent outside of India.
A Twitter user who was watching ‘Pathaan’ at a Philadelphia theater tweeted an interesting photo of a sign posted outside the theater. ‘Confetti is not allowed,’ it said, and I understood.
